Allstar Janitorial is a family-owned and operated Commercial Cleaning business. We are not a FRANCHISE or REFERRAL COMPANY of any other janitorial or cleaning business.
Allstar Janitorial was established 30 years ago and was owned by father and son, Keith and James Winder. Moving on, sadly, Keith Winder is no longer with us, and the business is now wholly owned by James, although the rest of the family is very much involved in the day-to-day management and operation of the Company.
We know that every dollar counts, whether it’s yours or ours, and we understand that our customers want a good job; that is why our standards are so high. We believe that if it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for our customers.
As a family-owned and operated cleaning business, we are personally committed to upholding a standard of excellence in our work. We strive to conduct ourselves with integrity at all times, towards our clients, employees, and our community.
All our staff are W2 employees, and as owners, we are directly responsible for their actions; we do not subcontract/1099 any of our work.
